The NHS for a very long time has benefited from a dedicated diverse ethnic minority , according to latest research published by the NHS workforce race equality standard 2018 ,  more actions are needed to support workers, including new students facing many challenges before entering the workplace. Unison , the RCN are all campaigning for commitments of the NHS towards equally diverse workforce from the bottom to the top .
