What could be the impact of Brexit in the healthcare sector?

The latest official figures released in September confirmed a continuous increase of nursing vacancies with over 4000 nursing posts unfilled in Scotland only; this trend of staff shortages is also true for England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Many questions are now being asked with little answers;  for example, How will the government fill the 10000 vacancies of EU trained nurses who have left the NMC register since 2016 /2017 only? How will the government attract new nurses or people to the profession? given, for example, it has stopped the English student bursary and restricted funding since 2010, leaving employers reliant on EU workers.
